Larger cottage lovingly designed and built by an architect couple in best 70s style. Here the shoulders lower and there is an ideal setting for a pleasant time with each other. Look forward to the large windows that connect outside and inside and the dining table with plenty of space for presence and cozy moments. The enclosed garden is perfect for play and outdoor dining, while the forest area around the cottage is great to explore. In the best cottage style, most square meters are divided into the living room and the kitchen with a large dining table, while the four rooms in the cottage have exactly the space for the beds (one of 160, one of 140 and two bunk beds). The style is well-preserved, so it feels a bit like stepping into a time warp. However, you can enjoy the newly renovated kitchen, which makes cooking a pleasure. Here you can both look out at nature through the full-wall windows or follow the conversation around the dining table. The cottage is located on a double plot and the neighbors therefore feel far away. Denmark's best children's beach, Sejerøbugten, is only a 5 - minute walk away, and it is possible to use the holiday home's tow truck if you have a lot to carry. If you love the 70’s style and would like to feel like you are in the middle of nature, then this is the perfect cottage for you with family or friends.

Meet your host
My name is Cathrine and I am the one in the family who is responsible for everything about sharing our cottage with sweet guests. It was my grandparents who designed and built the cottage back in the 70s, and the place therefore has a very special place in my heart. My husband, two children and I often take the trip from Aarhus and enjoy a few days in the cottage, as it is especially here that our shoulders lower completely.
