The house was perfect for our family vacation, and Maria Pia did everything to make us feel welcome in her lovely home. The house has the most beautiful view and surroundings. The town is close enough to walk to the supermarket and restaurants. However, the roads are narrow and dark in the evening, and the road up to the house is very steep. The house has no air conditioning and can feel hot, but there are several fans, and the thick walls make it feel cooler. Everything in the house feels homely and cozy, but we spent most of our time outside in the lovely garden, on the terrace, and by the pool. All in all, a super nice and well-maintained house, garden, and pool. We highly recommend it!

The best hidden place in Umbria. What a lovely house, garden, pool ... it was above expectations. Feels just like home and even better. The perfect place to stay with family or friends.

This lovely little house in the mountains is a true refuge. Here you can relax, hike, read books, and enjoy the silence. A silence that is only interrupted by the bells of grazing sheep and goats. The kitchen is sparse, but there is everything you need to prepare your own delicious meals with groceries from the local market. From the front door, you walk straight into the large living room, which offers both a large dining table and a comfortable sofa group. There are three bedrooms, all with room for two, and each with its own well-equipped bathroom. Washing up and laundry are done by hand, part of the premise of this retreat. :-) Here you can relax and let the peace and quiet come to you. The view of the sea and the islands can be seen from the garden behind the house and from the three small balconies in front of each room. In the shaded area in front of the house, you can prepare delicious meals on the built-in barbecue and enjoy them on the beautiful stone table, which can easily be set for many people.
