A genuine Italian cozy country house on a very peaceful estate. Here you can experience the true tranquility of Italy, Umbria. Beautiful nature and surroundings. The estate includes two vacation homes that are available for rent, and you share the pool with the other guests. The owners provide a very welcoming, warm, and friendly reception. A beautiful place!

The house was perfect for our family vacation, and Maria Pia did everything to make us feel welcome in her lovely home. The house has the most beautiful view and surroundings. The town is close enough to walk to the supermarket and restaurants. However, the roads are narrow and dark in the evening, and the road up to the house is very steep. The house has no air conditioning and can feel hot, but there are several fans, and the thick walls make it feel cooler. Everything in the house feels homely and cozy, but we spent most of our time outside in the lovely garden, on the terrace, and by the pool. All in all, a super nice and well-maintained house, garden, and pool. We highly recommend it!
