Lovely and spacious holiday home, cozy decorated and with great views of the lake, old trees and fields with deer. Very quiet and well-kept surroundings. Great opportunities for hiking and cycling.

The house is very idyllically situated on the edge of an old farm community with its own garden and a terrace where you can be all to yourself. Everything is available, from a barbecue to good deckchairs. The "henhouse" is very well equipped and offers every comfort. You can cook very well, all utensils and large refrigerators are available and eat centrally at a nice table inside, as well as outside on the terrace (downstairs). There is very good mosquito protection and if you keep the patio door closed in the evening, the living area remains mosquito-free. In each room there is a window protected with a fly screen so that you can ventilate well. Unfortunately, the path to the Schlei was blocked for us due to flooding at the end, but otherwise the area is very pleasant, a neighbor even gave us a carton of eggs from her chickens.

The living area in particular has large windows with views of the surrounding area and the Schlei. The house is surrounded by a large lawn and is nestled among the fields and meadows of the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 'Kuhstall'. The interior is beautiful, there is plenty of space and lots of light, and it is very cozy. Nice enclosed garden, nice garden furniture. In short, beautiful. There was only one thing we missed: an ironing board/iron. Other than that, everything was more than great and we can only recommend this place to other guests.

A lovely house in beautiful surroundings, with opportunities to explore the nearby towns. Three generations of our family stayed there for a week. Everything was in perfect order, almost new and in excellent condition. We wanted for nothing. The only surprise was the advertised opportunity to go down and swim at the nearby bridge. This had changed as it is no longer the same owner, and the new owner had closed the path. But it was no big deal, and the overall impression is definitely positive. We would love to come back.
