House with sea and land views on Hälleberget

Located on Hälleberget in Hälleviksstrand, this house features its own viewing area and beautiful views of both the sea and the countryside. Its location on a cul-de-sac keeps traffic at bay, and 150 meters away, a long staircase leads up the adjacent hill for those who want to explore a bit more.

The house features several living areas spread across different floors, making it possible to enjoy different activities at the same time. The large patio is fairly private and seats 14 people at two tables. The balcony offers limited visibility from the outside and works well for a smaller group.

The swimming area, with its fenced-in sandy beach and trampoline, is just over 200 m away, and there are also spots for swimming off the cliffs. Crab fishing is popular with the younger guests and often ends with a crab race down into the water. Beyond the swimming area, a new boardwalk leads to the seaside sauna, with a view of Måseskär.

Down in the village, you’ll find a restaurant, an ice cream stand, Hotel Stranna with a spa, and an Italian pizzeria. On the way to the tennis court, you’ll pass a church built in the Norwegian stave church style. From Tuvesvik, the ferry departs for Gullholmen and Käringön, and Sundsby Manor offers dining, a museum, and crafts.
