The cabin is furnished with tasteful, high-quality details. The lawn offers plenty of space for games and play, while in the summer you can pick delicious berries right from the property. Sheepskin rugs are ready for use on the deck, and for the youngest guests, there’s a baby swing.

The large patio is designed to maximize your enjoyment of the sun. The sauna is ready for use, and the hot tub lets you enjoy warm (or cold) baths. The rowboat can be used from mid-April through October and must be lifted in and out of the water by two people.

Lake Tinnsjøen offers swimming at the water’s edge and rowing boat trips. Sandviken Camping has a playground and a beach with a stunning view. Rjukan is nearby, with its town square and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gaustatoppen, the Gaustabanen railway, and alpine skiing at Gausta offer mountain adventures. The Gjuvhovd viewpoint is a lovely hike.
