The cottage serves as a combined bedroom and living room with a double bed and a small, cozy sofa. When you open the door, you are greeted by a fantastic view straight out over the water – it's only ten seconds down to the salt water and your morning dip. Right outside, on the front row facing the sea, there is a small patio with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or a quiet evening drink with the sound of the sea in the background.

In the basement of the white main house, there is a cozy kitchen with low ceilings – the ceiling height is 1.83 meters – where the kitchen is well equipped with a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. From the sink, you have a view straight out to the sea. There is also a shower, toilet, laundry room, and a small hall.

The area offers both relaxation and activities. Tullbodens Vattensportklubb is nearby and offers water skiing and wakeboarding.
