Cottage with sea views on Kårholmen

This charming cottage is located on a car-free island in the Gothenburg archipelago, with an entire window wall framing the changing spectacle of the sea. Here you can relax in peace and quiet while letting the sea view fill your senses.

The interior of the cottage is characterized by high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams that create an airy and inviting atmosphere. The large window wall facing west allows daylight to flood in and blurs the boundary between outside and inside.

At the front of the house is a sun-drenched staircase perfect for morning coffee, while the back offers a stone patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the evening sun. The entire plot is naturally integrated into the archipelago landscape. The house has no hot water, but for hygiene purposes there is a sauna with shower for members near the house, which guests are welcome to use.

From the island, you can easily take the archipelago boat to nearby islands with their seafood stalls and restaurants. For city life, take the boat to Saltholmen and the tram to Gothenburg city center, or choose a direct boat that takes you all the way to the harbor.
