Summer Vacation Postcard from Musholm Bay

Summer Vacation Postcard from Musholm Bay

High above the area lies Drøsselhytten, with views of Musholm Bay and the Great Belt Bridge. Here, during their summer vacation, the family forgets all about their daily routines. The children stay up late and enjoy sleeping in; they relax and unwind, and the whole family finds complete peace when they’re in familiar surroundings.

> At the summer house, we eat chocolate spread for breakfast, enjoy lots of ice cream and cold drinks, watch the Tour de France and soccer, jump on the trampoline, and knit a lot.

> It’s a vacation where we take our daily swim in the ocean and enjoy the beautiful Danish nature around us.

> We always have a lot of projects we want to get done, but we rarely accomplish much, and that’s when we know it’s a good vacation—because then we’re simply spending time with each other, our families, and good friends.

> For us, life in a summer house means being in a home-like setting, but without the stress of everyday life. That’s why we can really slow down and just enjoy the moment—and that’s what’s good for our family.

Summer greetings from Stefan, Stephanie, and the kids
